Did you know that....?

" A slice of lemon..... in the cocktail."

The most famous cocktails we drink today in general date back to the first half of ‘900/twentieth-century, but the first written definition of cocktail dates back to 1806, when a magazine in New York ( the Balance ) defined it " a stimulating spirit composed of different types of alcohol, sugar and bitter". And not only..... because we know that in most of the cocktails we drink, lemon is an unfailing ingredient,  flavour or decorative element.
