Punch with lemon and black grapes

Ingredients

The juice of two large lemons (6 tablespoons of lemon juice LIMMI)
¾ litre of grapes juice
1 lt of mineral water
1 spoon of sugar
½ cinnamon stick
Some slices of fresh lemon if available

Preparation

 

 

Mix water, the grapes juice, the lemon juice and sugar. Boil up, take immediately away from the heat and then add cinnamon.

You can serve it in two different ways:

  • warm, with ice cubes put at the moment and a trickle of grappa
  • or very cold, in an icy glass, with an addition of chilled Champagne
