A new device made with lemon that fights pollution?
Yes, indeed!
They are testing “Pupo”, a new antismog depurator that works mainly with demineralised water and lemon juice.
According to its creator, Domenico Napoleone, this device restrains heavy metals (lead, zinc and iron) and engines’ exhaust (as benzene and toluene), reducing a 98% of gas exhalations. “Pupo” is suitable for every kind of engine, because it works directly on exhaust not on supply: petrol and diesel cars, tractors as well as burners of heating systems.
The depurator requires a slight maintenance: every 50000- 60000 km, addition of demineralised water and change of filter’s components (active coals, sieve).
