Preparation
Preheat the
oven to 180°. In the meanwhile, melt a knob of butter in a pyrex saucepan, place
the pieces of lamb, seasoning with salt and pepper, then put in the oven. From
time to time, moisten the meat with the broth and in the end sprinkle with the
lemon juice.

A tasty and original recipe. Take some Bologna sausage and steep
