Salmon temptations
Ingredients
½ cup smoked, skinless, boneless and minced salmon
80 gr. Mascarpone
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon whisky
1 teaspoon LIMMI lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Whisk all the ingredients till obtain a smooth mixture. Let it rest for a whole afternoon, then serve up in a dessert bowl and, if you mind, sprinkle with some red caviar.
Serve with fried potatoes, toasted bread and ice-cold vodka!

Limonare is an informal and colloquial Italian word which means ‘pet’ or ‘snog’. The verb derives from ‘lemon’, maybe with an allusion to the fact that lemons used to be sold in pairs.
