1 chicken
2 spoons of olive oil
Juice of 3 lemons (9 tablespoons of LIMMI)
1 clove of garlic
Sufficient salt and pepper
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°. In the meanwhile, clean the chicken, dry it and open it in half: rub it with half a lemon and then stuff it with some slices of lemon and the garlic clove.
