Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 small container of coconut yogurt ( use the yogurt container to measure the rest)
- 2 containers of flour
- 1 container of corn starch
- ½ container of sugar
- 1 container of Limmi Sweet lemon juice
- ½ container of seed oil
- 1 envelope of vanilla flavoured baking powder
- Powdered sugar
Preparation
Place the egg yolks, the yogurt, Limmi Sweet lemon juice, flour, corn starch, sugar and oil in a large bowl. Beat thoroughly. On the side, whip the egg whites till firm, add them to the batter, and lastly add the baking powder.
Grease a round cake pan with butter, pour the batter into it and bake for about 20-30 minutes at 180° C. Thereafter wait for it to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
