mortadella frittaBologna… fried!

A tasty and unusual recipe. Slice the mortadella, and coat it with beaten egg first, then breadcrumbs. Fry in oil at medium-high temperature.
Once golden, remove from the pan, take the excess oil out with parchment paper, then drizzle with 6 tablespoons of Limmi lemon juice.

A truly flavourful and tasty antipasto!
