Mint Flavoured Grandma’s Lemonade

Great to sip to relieve exhaustion in summer, it’s a true explosion of vitamin C and an unbeatable digestive aid. You can also serve it chilled as an aperitif, and it will surely delight your guests! Add a few fresh mint leaves to the main ingredient, lemon juice, to make it even more delicate and fragrant.

It is very easy to prepare. Just a few steps and you’ll have a drink to enjoy around the clock.

Ingredients

  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 litre water
  • 250 ml lemon juice
  • Fresh mint

Preparation

Place water in a small saucepan

1. Place 250 ml of water and 250 g of sugar in a small saucepan (simple syrup)

Add sugar

2. Cook and stir until the sugar dissolves

Stir until sugar dissolves

3. Turn off the heat, then add the rest of the water and the lemon juice

Add Limmi lemon juice

4. Transfer to a pitcher, add fresh mint and refrigerate until cold, for at least 30 min
