Rose Sorbet

Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 400 gr. rose petals
  • ½ lt. water
  • 1 apple
  • Juice of 2 lemons ( 6 Tablespoons of Limmi lemon juice)
  • 140 gr. sugar
  • A pinch of vanillin (vanilla powder)
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Preparation

Julienne the apple, thoroughly wash the rose petals and place them in a saucepan together with the water, sugar, powdered vanilla, and the juice of 2 lemons (6 tablespoons LIMMI). Simmer for 20 minutes, and let it cool down. Blend till completely mixed and freeze until firm. Garnish with a few mint leaves and serve.
