6 Colours Salad

This aromatic, fresh, utterly delicious and colorful salad will bring cheer to your table, especially during “slim-down” times, when trying on bathing suits and diets require paying greater attention to calories.

You’ll need:

  • 1 cucumber (green)
  • 3 tomatoes (red)
  • 100 g feta cheese (white)
  • 1 tablespoon corn kernels (yellow)
  • 2 tablespoons olives (black)
  • 1 mackerel filet (pink)
  • 6 tablespoons LIMMI lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Cut the vegetables and feta into pieces, and then add the other ingredients. Dress it with a generous amount of lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste, and a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil.

Your colorful dish is ready to serve.
