Ingredients
- 45 ml gin
- 2 teaspoons LIMMI lemon juice
- 30 ml sparkling water
- 45 ml raspberry syrup
- Ice cubes with fresh raspberries and lemon juice
- 1 sprig of rosemary
Preparation
Raspberry and lemon ice cubes
Prepare the ice cubes one day in advance. Place one raspberry in each slot of the ice cube tray, fill it with Limmi lemon juice and freeze them overnight.
Raspberry syrup
You’ll need: 1 pack of fresh raspberries, 1 cup of water, and 1/4 cup of maple syrup.
Place the raspberries, water and syrup in a pan and cook them on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Once the mixture starts boiling, turn off the heat, continue stirring for a while, and then let it cool. Strain and pour the syrup into a small bottle.
Cocktail
Place the gin, lemon juice, syrup, sparkling water, a few raspberry and lemon ice cubes in a shaker. Shake thoroughly, and serve in a Martini glass together with raspberry and lemon ice cubes.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and one raspberry.
Utterly inebriating!
