Apple juice

Apples, with their polyphenols and rich in B vitamins as well as vitamins C and A, occupy a prestigious place among an elite group of antioxidant fruits.

Their fiber aids digestion and relieves constipation, and their thirst-quenching juice is a veritable joy for the palate.
Apple juice is a healthy beverage that’s extremely easy to prepare. Use Fuji or Gala apples for a sweeter flavor. If you prefer a more tart flavor, we recommend Granny Smith apples.


  • 400ml water
  • 400g apples
  • 40 ml Limmi lemon juice


Preparation takes place in three easy steps:

  1. Wash and peel the apples, then cut them into small pieces

  2. In a small saucepan, soften the apples in water and lemon juice for approximately 5 to 10 minutes

  3. Puree the apple pulp, strain it, and serve the apple juice after it has cooled.

Remember: This juice is homemade, so it contains no additives or preservatives. Keep it refrigerated and consume it within a few days.
