Apple juice is a healthy beverage that’s extremely easy to prepare. Use Fuji or Gala apples for a sweeter flavor. If you prefer a more tart flavor, we recommend Granny Smith apples.
- 400ml water
- 400g apples
- 40 ml Limmi lemon juice
Preparation takes place in three easy steps:
Wash and peel the apples, then cut them into small pieces
In a small saucepan, soften the apples in water and lemon juice for approximately 5 to 10 minutes
Puree the apple pulp, strain it, and serve the apple juice after it has cooled.
Remember: This juice is homemade, so it contains no additives or preservatives. Keep it refrigerated and consume it within a few days.
