This apple, kiwi and lemon smoothie is a perfect snack for adults and children alike.
- 2 Golden apples
• 2 kiwis
• 2 tablespoons Limmi lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon cane sugar or honey
• 100 ml fresh whole milk
Peel the fruit, cut it into chunks. Place it in a blender together with the lemon juice and sugar (or honey). Add the milk and keep blending till smooth.
Pour everything in a glass, and serve chilled.
