Ingredients (serves 4)
- 400 gr of bavette pasta or spaghetti
- 200 gr of sausages
- the juice of 1 lemon (3 table spoons of Limmi lemon juice)
- extra-virgin olive oil
Melt the butter in a pan, add the lemon juice, the sausage and the parsley coarsely chopped. Let flavour for some minutes, the time necessary to make all the ingredients mix their tastes. In the meanwhile cook spaghetti and when they are cooked add them to the previously prepared seasoning.
Finish the preparation adding a little sprig of parsley.
