Coconut and Lemon Cake


  • 3 eggs
  • 1 small container of coconut yogurt ( use the yogurt container to measure the rest)
  • 2 containers of flour
  • 1 container of corn starch
  • ½ container of sugar
  • 1 container of Limmi Sweet lemon juice
  • ½ container of seed oil
  • 1 envelope of vanilla flavoured baking powder
  • Powdered sugar


Place the egg yolks, the yogurt, Limmi Sweet lemon juice, flour, corn starch, sugar and oil in a large bowl. Beat thoroughly. On the side, whip the egg whites till firm, add them to the batter, and lastly add the baking powder.
Grease a round cake pan with butter, pour the batter into it and bake for about 20-30 minutes at 180° C. Thereafter wait for it to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
