Preparation time: 1 hour to marinade + 20 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 4 codfish fillets
- 60 gr. ginger
- 9 tablespoons of Limmi lemon juice (as an alternative, just use 9 tablespoons of LIMMI Lemon and Ginger)
- 1 twig of rosemary
- Tabasco sauce
- extra-virgin olive oil
Prepare a marinade with oil, 3 tablespoons of LIMMI lemon juice and a few slices of ginger. As an alternative, try using 3 tablespoons of the new Limmi Lemon and Ginger juice.
Clean the codfish filets and let them rest in the marinade for one hour.
In the meantime, prepare the lemon and ginger sauce. Grate the ginger and finely chop the rosemary to obtain 1 tablespoon of each. Mix them with 6 tablespoons of LIMMI Lemon juice (as an alternative, just add 6 tablespoons of LIMMI Lemon and Ginger juice directly to the chopped rosemary). Finish the dressing by mixing in 2 tablespoons of oil (approximately), a few drops of tabasco sauce, and a pinch of salt.
Take the fillets out of the marinade, drain them and cook them for just a few minutes on the grill. Cover them with the lemon-ginger sauce and serve hot.
Remember: the codfish actually started “cooking” while in the marinade, therefore it requires only very little time on the grill.
