The shopping list:
- 1/2 pineapple
- 9 tablespoons LIMMI lime juice
- 1 cucumber
- 5 mint leaves
- 1 grapefruit
Wash, peel and cut half of a pineapple into chunks. Juice the grapefruit, and dice the cucumber.
In a blender, process the pineapple, cucumber and mint leaves. Add the grapefruit juice and LIMMI lime juice. Mix well and serve garnished with mint leaves.
