Energizing Smoothie

Beta carotene for your skin, celery for diuresis, a pinch of ginger to facilitate digestion and a full dose of  vitamin C ensured by chard and lemon juice.
This energizing smoothie is ideally suited for any break, after a nice walk or a gym session.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • 1 rib of celery, including its leaves
  • 3 chard leaves
  • 9 tablespoons of LIMMI Lemon Juice

Peel and slice the carrot, cut the celery into chunks and place it in a blender together with its leaves and those of the chard. Add LIMMI lemon juice, and then start the blender.
