Fruit and Salmon Salad

Ingredients

  • arugula
  • lamb’s lettuce
  • valerian
  • red radicchio
  • 1 peach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 slices pineapple in natural juice
  • Limmi lemon juice
  • smoked salmon

Preparation

Thoroughly wash and dry the arugula, lamb’s lettuce, valerian, and red radicchio.
Combine with 1 peach, ½ avocado, 2 slices of pineapple in natural juice all cut into chunks, and pieces of salmon. Prepare the dressing by mixing 3 tablespoons of Limmi lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil. Pour the dressing on the salad and add salt to taste.
