To prepare grog, you’ll need:

  • 60 ml dark rum
  • 15 ml LIMMI lemon juice
  • 10 ml LIMMI lime juice
  • 120 ml hot water
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of cane sugar or honey

Mix all ingredients and indulge in the luxury of rediscovering and appreciating the meaning of time itself one small, blissful sip at a time.

Perhaps not everyone knows that…

The name GROG derives from its inventor, Royal Navy admiral Edward “old grog” Vernon, recognizable by his groggram, a grosgrain coat. He was the first to water-down the rum supplied to his sailors, unknowingly creating a beverage by the name still used today in Australia to indicate any sort of alcoholic beverage.

The modern version is more fragrant and definitively tastier.
