You can serve lemon and ginger chicken tenders with fragrant Oriental salad or artichokes crudité .
For 2 people:
- 400 g chicken breast
- 6-8 tablespoons LIMMI Lemon and Ginger juice
(or use LIMMI lemon juice + some fresh grated ginger)
- Aulus extra-virgin olive oil
- Flour, as needed (whichever is on hand)
- Salt to taste
Cut the chicken breast into strips and coat them with flour.
In a frying pan, heat the oil, add the chicken strips, and let them brown on both sides.
Lastly, add a pinch of salt and lemon and ginger juice. If need be, add a little water to the pan to keep the chicken from sticking while it cooks. Enjoy it piping hot or cold, with a simple side salad made with lettuce, tomatoes, and fennel.
