- 400 gr. all-purpose flour (type 00)
- 240 gr. sugar
- 200 gr. butter
- 1 whole egg
- 2 egg yolks
- grated zest of 1 orange
- 3 tablespoons Limmi lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
Arrange the four in a mound on a pastry board, make a space in the centre and little by little add all ingredients. Knead to evenly distribute all ingredients, and shape the dough into a ball.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate it for ½ hour.
Roll the dough to a thickness of about 1 cm with a rolling pin. Cut cookies out of the dough with a round cutter and lay them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Cook for 15 minutes at 180° C.
