Preparation time: 30 minutes + 30 minutes to gain flavour
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 600 gr of courgettes
- juice of 1 lemon ( 3 spoons of Limmi lemon juice)
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper as needed
Wash and trim the courgettes, cut them into small medium-thick sticks and steam for about 15 minutes. Cool them down and put on a serving dish. Sprinkle with the chopped herbs, season with oil, salt and pepper, sprinkle with the lemon juice. Mix and let gain flavour in a cool place before serving.
