Lemon cupcakes

Delicious cakes to make a good impression.

Ingredients for the cupcakes

  • 150gr butter
  • 12 tablespoons Limmi lemon juice
  • 150gr sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 150gr flour
  • 1 packet baking powder for cakes(15gr)

Ingredients for the cheese cream

  • 250gr cream cheese (Philadelphia style)
  • 150gr icing sugar
  • 6 tablespoons Limmi lemon juice

In a big bowl using the whisk, whip the soft butter together with the sugar and then add one by one the eggs. Separately, sift the flour and baking powder and then stir together with the first mixture adding LIMMI lemon juice. Butter the cupcakes mould and pour the dough till 2/3 of the volume. Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees and then oven cook for 20 minutes (insert a toothpick in the middle, take it out and if it’s dry then they are ready). In another bowl, beat the cream cheese with the icing sugar and Limmi lemon juice. Use the obtained cream to garnish the cupcakes once they are cold.
