Ingredients
- 1 kg mussels
- Limmi lemon juice
- black pepper
Preparation
Clean the mussels and scrape the shells under running water to remove any incrustations. Place the mussels in a large pan with nothing else in it. Cook on high heat stirring once in a while until they open (usually 7 minutes).
Once they are done, drain and plate them. Season with and a few sprays of lemon juice and freshly ground pepper. Serve.
