  • octopus
  • oil
  • Limmi lemon juice
  • Pachino cherry tomatoes
  • celery
  • arugula
  • basil

Preparation

Boil the octopus in a pressure cooker (cook for 30 minutes after the cooker whistles). Let is sit in the water till cool. Drain it, cut it into small pieces and dress it with a mix of 3 tablespoons of oil and 3 tablespoons of Limmi Lemon juice. On the side, cut the Pachino tomatoes in half, add chopped celery and the arugula. Mix everything together, add basil and salt to taste.
