Lemon Gummies

Here’s an idea to make the days at home with our little ones sweeter and juicier. All you need is a small bottle of LIMMI lemon juice, gelatin sheets of the same kind you would use for cheesecakes – some sugar, and ice cubes trays.

Now let’s follow along and have some fun.

First, take out the ingredients

Ingredients

  • 100 g sugar
  • 150 ml LIMMI lemon juice
  • 12 g gelatin sheets
  • Sugar, to decorate

Preparation

Soak the gelatin in a bowl of cold water. While it softens, thoroughly mix the sugar with the lemon juice in a pan, and cook it till it comes to a boil.

Thereafter, squeeze the water out of the gelatin. Add the gelatin to the pot, and stir until fully dissolved.

Pour the mixture in ice cube trays, and put them in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours.

Before serving, remove the gummies from the ice cube trays and dust them with sugar.

Super juicy!

You can also substitute the lemon juice with LIMMI lime juice and, if you wish, use only Limmi Sweet and gelatin.
