Lemon & Honey Candy

Do you know how to make hard candy? It’s easier than you think! Here’s the recipe to sweeten up your days.


  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Limmi lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • small candy molds


Place the water and sugar in a pan, turn the burner on and mix until the sugar is dissolved. When the mixture starts to simmer, stir in the honey and cook it for another 15 minutes on low heat. Once the sugar is well caramelized, mix in the Limmi lemon juice. Line the molds with baking paper, evenly pour the mix into them, then place the candy in the freezer. When it’s hard, remove it from the molds, and you’re done!

This candy perfectly soothes sore throats, and it’s a must-try sugar replacement for lemon flavored teas or herbal teas.
