Lemon icecream

Icecream itch…have you ever try to make it on your own? Here a delicious recipe for a juicy lemon icecream.


  • 1/2 litre water
  • 200 gr sugar
  • 7 lemons (21 tablespoons of Limmi lemon juice)


Pour ½ litre of water in a kettle. Add 200 gr of sugar and cook/boil for some minutes, mixing well. Add the juice of 7 lemons (21 spoons of Limmi): leave to stand for half an hour. After 30 minutes, strain the liquid, place it in a small bowl and leave to chill in the freezer for at least 3 hours, before serving.
