A quick and tasty recipe… difficult to resist!
- 250 gr mascarpone cheese
- 90 gr sugar
- 5 tbs Limmi lemon juice
- 200 ml whipping cream
- A pinch of salt
Whisk together the lemon juice, sugar and mascarpone cheese until smooth. Whip the cream with a pinch of salt and add it gently to the mascarpone cream mixture.
Chill in the refrigerator and serve in pudding cups.
