Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins

Muffins are sweet quick-bread morsels typical of Anglo-Saxon tradition, and their name derives from the French word moufflet (sweet, soft bread). Try our lemon and poppy seeds version: it’s delicious! Poppy seeds are a source of calcium, ideal for healthy teeth and bones, and a remarkable natural remedy for anxiety and stress, since they have a mild, sedative and calming effect on our nervous system.

Are you ready to enjoy them at breakfast, snack time and whenever you feel a bit peckish?
