- 250 g flour type 00 (high-gluten)
- 60 gr honey
- 2 dl milk
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 9 tablespoons Limmi Lemon Juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 teaspoons poppy seeds
Beat the eggs with the sugar; add the honey, oil, pinch of salt, and Limmi lemon juice. Next add the flour, baking powder, milk and poppy seeds. Mix the matter till well blended, and then evenly pour it into pre-buttered muffin molds. Bake at 200° C for 20 minutes and serve with delicate-tasting tea, flavored with ginger and honey.
