Lettuce with lemon: innovation for our salad!
Wash a head full of salad and place it for few minutes in boiling water. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon of flour with a knob of butter. Add the lettuce, a pinch of paprika and season with salt and pepper. Cook over low heat for 45 min. After cooking served in a dish, sprinkling with the j6 Tbsp of Limmi lemon juice.
