A salad with salmon and many fresh vegetables, dressed with lemon juice: light and delicious! Perfect to stay in shape!
- 5 slices smoked salmon
- 5 radishes
- 1 bunch mixed salad
- 10 small, fresh tomatoes
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1/2 red onion of the Tropea variety
- 10 pitted black olives
- 2 tablespoons Limmi lemon juice, equivalent to ½ lemon
Thoroughly wash all the vegetables. Place the salad leaves in a bowl, add very thinly sliced radishes, quartered tomatoes, sliced onion and green pepper cut into thin strips. Dress with lemon juice. Cut the salmon slices into pieces, add them to the salad, mix and enjoy.
