Anti-stress infusion
Add 3 pinches of linden flowers to a cup of boiling water, and let them steep for 10 minutes.
Strain the infusion and then sweeten it with 1 teaspoon of honey and Limmi lemon juice, or simply add a few drops of Limmi Sweet.
Consume at least two cups a day to alleviate stress, headaches, heart palpitations and stomach aches.
Anti-anxiety infusion
Add 2 pinches each of chamomile, linden, verbena and mint to 1 litre of boiling water, and let them steep for 7 minutes. Strain the infusion, and add a few drops of Limmi lemon juice. Consume it after each meal. You’ll see that in addition to feeling pleasantly calm, this infusion will help improve your digestion, soothe inflammation and relieve bloating.
Anti-insomnia infusion
Add 1 pinch of verbena and 2 pinches each of linden, mallow and sage to 1 cup of boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes, strain and sweeten with honey and Limmi lemon juice. For a good night’s sleep, drink it in the evening after dinner, at least two hours before going to bed.
Special infusion for menopause
