How: margarita glass
- 2 parts Limmi lemon juice
- 3 parts Cointreau or triple sec
- 5 parts Tequila
Wet the rim of the goblet and dip it in a dish filled with salt, then put the glass in the freezer. Place a few ice cubes in the shaker, then add the rest of the ingredients. Shake well fir 6/8 seconds and pour it in the cold margarita glass, without ice.
A margarita glass is nothing other than a Champagne coupe, traditionally used to serve the classic Champagne Cocktail, black drinks (dark coloured cocktails made with coffee, liquor, cream, etc.) and sparkling drinks (made with blended fruit or fruit juice and sparkling wine). This type of glass is also perfect for serving citrus spirits-based drinks such as the Daiquiri, Bacardi and other cocktails in the “sour” category.
