Ingredients for each serving
- 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Limmi lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp sweet Dijon mustard or hot mustard, according to taste
- One pinch of pepper
- Salt to taste
Dissolve the salt into the wine vinegar, then mix in the Limmi lemon juice, olive oil and pinch of pepper.
Lastly add the mustard, using a whisk to create an emulsion. The condiment will keep for a few days in the refrigerator, covered with plastic film to keep odours out. Make sure to stir it so everything is evenly mixed before using it.
It’s great on steamed, poached or grilled fish and meat, raw or cooked veggies, greens… just about anything!
