Orange, Lemon, Banana and Ginger Shake

A healthy, delicious and diet-friendly blend to refuel after a workout.

  • 3 oranges
  • 1 banana
  • 3 tablespoons of Limmi lemon juice
  • One teaspoon of ginger powder (as an alternative, use 3 tablespoons of Limmi Lemon and Ginger juice)


Peel oranges and removing the white part, cut into small pieces both the oranges and the banana and put them in a blender with lemon juice. Blend until the mixture is creamy, adding at the end a teaspoon of ginger powder.

As an alternative, replace the lemon and ginger listed in the recipe with 3 tablespoons of the brand new LIMMI Lemon and Ginger juice..
