The combination of raspberries and lemon aids digestion, and provides a full dose of vitamin C. Raspberries make you feel full, promote diuresis, and are well suited for low-calorie diets.
- 10 ice cubes
- 40 ml Limmi lemon juice
- 125 g raspberries (1 box)
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 single-serving sized tubs vanilla flavoured yogurt
Puree all ingredients with a blender and serve in ice-cream cups, garnished with a few fresh raspberries.
