Relaxing Footbath with Lavender, Baking Soda and Lemon

Are your feet swollen and tired out after a long day? Try this simple, relaxing footbath.

Place a handful of salt (coarse or fine) in a tub of water, together with some baking soda and a few drops of Limmi lemon juice. Soak your feet for about 10 minutes. Thereafter, massage them with Shea butter and a few drops of lavender essential oil. This footbath relieves fatigue and is best enjoyed before going to bed.

If you have corns on the bottom of your feet, try massaging them every morning and night with a cotton ball soaked in lemon juice!
