All you need to do is buy a package of smoked salmon and use 4 other ingredients commonly found in the fridge or pantry to make a cold pasta salad you can serve in summer as well as in winter, when hosting a happy hour with friends.
- Mix the extra-virgin olive oil with 3 tablespoons LIMMI lemon juice to make a tasty citronette salad dressing
- Dice the salmon, and mince the parsley
- Cook the pasta (penne or fusilli) till “al dente”, strain it, and combine it with the citronette, salmon, parsley, plus salt and pepper to taste.
