Shrimp and Lemon Linguine

Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 400 gr. wide tagliatelle noodles
  • 400 gr. shrimp (not too large)
  • 3 tablespoons Limmi lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • parsley
  • red pepper flakes
  • extra-virgin olive oil
  • salt


The sauce has to be freshly prepared, also in reference to the noodles cooking time. Clean, wash and dry the shrimp, the cut them into pieces or slice them in half lengthwise.
Heat the oil with the garlic clove in a large skillet with rather tall sides, add the shrimp, salt and hot pepper flakes to taste, then cook for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
Cook the pasta in salted water till “all dente”, drain and place it in the pan with the shrimp. Add the lemon juice, and a handful of minced parsley.
Mix well and serve immediately.
