- ½ Iceberg lettuce
- 200 gr shrimps
- 1 avocado
- 1 tin tuna in oil
- 1 leek
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 lemons
- 3 spoons extra virgin olive oil
- Chives to taste
Boil shrimps for 2/3 minutes; in the meantime clean and cut salad and avocado.
Put the shellfish in a bowl, then combine lettuce, tuna, avocado and sliced leek.
A part, prepare a sauce with mayonnaise, extra virgin olive oil and the juice of 2 lemons (6 tablespoons of LIMMI); toss it well and add some chives to taste.
Garnish the salad with this sauce and… enjoy!
