Tuna and Lemon Croquettes

Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 2 large can s of tuna
  • 1 egg plus 1 egg yolk
  • 50 gr. grated Parmigiano
  • 50 gr. breadcrumbs
  • 1 bunch of parsley, minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 2-3 tablespoons Limmi lemon juice
  • breadcrumbs as needed
  • seed oil for frying


Drain and break the tuna into small pieces, then place it in a bowl. Add the egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, minced parsley, Parmigiano and Limmi lemon juice. Thoroughly combine and shape the mixture into small balls (wetting you hands helps).
Coat them with breadcrumbs and fry them in hot oil till golden. Remove the excess oil with parchment paper and serve piping hot.
