Super creamy, vegan, sugar and dairy free, with the exotic scent of lime, this thirst-quenching, refreshing sorbet tastes like summer itself.
Here’s what you need to make it at home:
- 4 peaches
- 2 ripe apricots
- 2 ripe bananas
- 6 tablespoons LIMMI lime juice
- Dark chocolate sprinkles
Preparation
Wash the peaches and the apricots, peel and cut them into slices, then peel the bananas and slice them into rounds. Place the fruit in a freezer-proof container, add the lime juice (for a sweeter, less exotic version, replace the lime with 6 tablespoons Limmi sweet). Let it rest overnight in the freezer.
The next day, or whenever you wish to have your vegan sorbet, defrost the fruit (at least 15 min before processing) and puree it in a blender till creamy (be patient, It takes few minutes to get creamy).
Scoop the sorbet into small bowls and top it with dark chocolate or pistachios sprinkle.
