Ingredients
- 1 kg clams
- Limmi lemon juice to taste
- 1 tablespoon EVO (extra-virgin olive oil)
- 1 sprig of parsley
Preparation
Cover the clams in water and let them rest for 2-3 to purge the sand out of them. Then pour some water into a pot together with 1 sprig of parsley, 1 tablespoon of oil and the clams.
Bring to a boil. Once the clams open, drain and place them on a serving plate and season them with Limmi Lemon juice.
