{"id":5158,"date":"2024-10-17T13:48:24","date_gmt":"2024-10-17T13:48:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.limmi.it\/non-categorizzato\/limmi-partners-with-i-feel-good-an-event-dedicated-to-wellness\/"},"modified":"2025-06-10T14:32:38","modified_gmt":"2025-06-10T14:32:38","slug":"limmi-partners-with-i-feel-good-an-event-dedicated-to-wellness","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.limmi.it\/en\/culture\/limmi-partners-with-i-feel-good-an-event-dedicated-to-wellness\/","title":{"rendered":"Limmi partners with &#8220;I feel good,&#8221; an event dedicated to wellness"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On October 19 and 20, the second edition of &#8220;I feel good,&#8221; the event that focuses on the well-being of body and mind, was held in Milan<\/p>\n\n<p>I Feel Good, the SEI Publishing Group&#8217;s event dedicated to wellness, is back<br\/>Appointment on October 19 and 20 at the Riccardo Catella Foundation inside the Portanuova district in Milan<br\/>After the good results of the first edition of I Feel Good, the event dedicated to the wellness of body and mind organized by the five women&#8217;s publications of the SEI Publishing Group, the kermesse starts again this year with a schedule full of activities and guests who will take part in talks, fitness and yoga events, workshops, tastings, beauty&amp;make up, prevention screenings and edutainment moments held in collaboration with sponsoring companies.<br\/>The event, which is free and open to the public, will be held Oct. 19 and 20 at the Riccardo Catella Foundation within the Portanuova district in Milan, and in this year&#8217;s edition titled Living with Taste, one can participate in dozens of events and meet many special guests, such as Paola Maugeri lady of rock, radio host and life coach, actress Chiara Bordi, Lombardy Region councilwoman and activist Lisa Noja, Olympic athlete Elisa Molinarolo and Dr. Stefano Rossi, psychopedagogist, writer and emotional education expert, who with Donna Moderna will talk about how to address body-related taboos (ageism, disability, body shaming) through talks and workshops.<br\/>Starbene will enliven the two days with yoga classes by Stella Yenati and workouts by Nicol\u00f2 Famiglietti, advice from experts such as nutritionists Fernanda Scala of Don&#8217;t call it a diet and Flavia Bernini, and interviews with doctors to talk about the relationship between food and the psyche and physiotherapy for those who play sports.<br\/>Sale&amp;Pepe will offer tastings to learn how to exercise taste and smell with the alternative use of certain ingredients as, for example, barlady Terry Monroe will show us who will use spices to create original and fragrant cocktails, and workshops with Vittorio Castellani &#8211; Chef Kumal\u00e9 who will talk about the history, culture and preparation of cous cous.<br\/>Confidenze will talk about how to be well in relationships, from love and couple relationships to family relationships with experts and writers such as Federica Bosco, and Sara Rattaro who will talk about the taste of telling and recounting.<br\/>&#8220;We are happy to replicate again this year the beautiful format I Feel Good that brings together five historical brands to talk about wellness at 360\u00b0. Thanks to the ideas of the editorial staff and the rich program schedule built together with guests and creators also this year we have managed to involve many companies that will enrich the two days with dozens of activities to make a weekend different from the usual,&#8221; says Tommaso Gentile, General Manager of Mediasei. Living with Taste is the title of the second edition of I feel good, which will delve into the topic of body-related taboos, specifically ageism, disability and body shaming, as a spin-off of our Free and Equal project.<br\/>I feel good 2024: guests<br\/>Paola Maugeri, lady of rock, will explain in a couples&#8217; workshop how to get back in touch with one&#8217;s intimacy.
