We presented the revamped range, the result of more than a year’s work, where efforts were focused on supporting and relaunching the Italian agribusiness sector, with the focus in pure lemon juice. This year’s awards have guided R&D by returning important new products presented at the fair. Another great novelty of 2025 presented at the fair is \u201cLimmi – Gli Olietti Gourmet\u201d:<\/strong> condiments from contemporary olive pressing and herbs spices and vegetables that are always fresh and encapsulate the scents and flavors of the Mediterranean diet. They arise from the desire for conviviality, which together with limited time requires tasty ideas and condiments that increasingly become the star ingredients of dishes, enhancing the dishes without covering their flavors. <\/p>\n Contemporary milling<\/strong> was born several years ago, but only today, thanks to the use of advanced technology, it allows the olive to be milled together with the characterizing fresh ingredient, returning a product of excellence. This process not only improves the flavor and organoleptic profile of traditional extra virgin oil, but also improves shelf life and enrichment with nutraceutical molecules with high bioavailability. <\/p>\n \u201cLimmi- gli Olietti Gourmet\u201d-they are small accents that tell of enchanting places that lap the Mediterranean scrubland of our beautiful country, Italy, an extraordinary biome that returns a biodiversity unique in the world, with intense and complex olfactory nuances.
