- zucchini squash
- olive oil
- tuna (canned or freshly cooked)
- Limmi lemon juice
Cut the zucchini into round slices and sauté them in a pan with very little olive oil and a clove of garlic (if you like it), which should be removed thereafter. Sprinkle with fresh minced parsley and salt to taste. Meanwhile, cook your favourite pasta, drain it, and let it cool.
Thereafter mix the pasta with the zucchini and cold tuna (canned or freshly cooked), and lastly add the juice of half a lemon, or the juice of one lemon for larger amounts of pasta.
It also tastes great hot, but served cold this pasta salad is an irresistible summer dish!
