The processing of this Olietto consists of two phases, as it is not possible to combine the ingredients in a simultaneous pressing. Extra virgin olive oil is extracted from olives, the natural aroma of truffles is extracted from fresh Italian truffles, which are combined together to make an Olietto with a refined and persistent flavor.
